All AI Teddy Bear Company products come with a comprehensive 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Battery failures or degradation beyond normal wear
- Voice recognition or AI functionality issues
- Electronic component failures
- Charging system malfunctions
What's Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear of fabric or stuffing
- Water damage (unless product is specified as water-resistant)
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Loss or theft
How to Make a Claim
To file a warranty claim:

- Provide your order number and description of the issue
- We'll diagnose the problem remotely if possible
- If needed, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label for return
